David co-founded LNK in 2005 and has over 32 years of private equity experience focused on investing in the consumer and retail sector.

Prior to LNK, David was a Partner and Shareholder of Apax Partners where he established and led the U.S. Consumer and Retail Group and was a member of the U.S. Investment and Operating Committees.

David is currently on the Board of Directors of Life Time (NYSE:LTH), Tommy John, and Schweiger Dermatology, as well as Brightway Education Foundation, UJA-Federation of New York, and The Leffell School. He has also served on the Board of Directors of The Fedcap Group, PVH (NYSE: PVH), Ariat, Dogfish Head, Fitness Connection, Natural Food Holdings, Beachbody, Performance Bicycle, Spyder Active Sports, Greenbacks, Pro-Line, Au Bon Pain, and Regent Lighting. David received an AB from Harvard College and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
